U10 & U11 Football Tournament Success!

Last Saturday, The Mall School hosted an exciting U10 and U11 7-a-side football tournament, welcoming Tower House, Newland House, Willington Prep, Claremont Fan School, and Staines Prep. The tournament followed a round-robin format, ensuring that teams had the opportunity to play multiple matches.
The format encouraged fast-paced, attacking football, leading to some close and thrilling games throughout the day. As is tradition at our event, parents of Mall pupils kindly served refreshments to visiting parents, and we extend a big thank you to them for their efforts, as well as to everyone for the enthusiastic support from the sidelines.
It was a pleasure to see our pupils working hard for each other and playing some well-structured football throughout the morning. Our efforts were rewarded with the Us finishing in second place overall, while the U11s emerged as the overall winners. The U11 competition came down to a tight finish, with the final standings decided by goal difference.
