The Mall School Annual Art Fair

At The Mall, we present an Art Fair each year in the summer term to showcase our pupils work and to raise money for our partnership school, Chitsime School, in Malawi.

Our pupils have worked extremely hard to create a piece of artwork specifically for the art fair. Artwork included at the fair consisted of sculptures, painted canvases, clocks and bags. The pupils were able to learn various different artistic techniques in their art and DT lessons throughout the year.

All children from Reception to Year 6 created an original piece of artwork for the fair, which parents were able to purchase by donating to Chitsime School. We have previously helped the school fund classrooms and a bus, and this term we supported the school by raising money for more learning resources during our art fair.
