Musicals at The Mall

18th March 24

students in a musical

Years 3, 4 and 5 gave a magnificent performance in our third Musicals at the Mall event last week. Every single performer gave their all and the excited audience of parents, siblings and staff were astonished by the energy and the professionalism that the children achieved on stage. This year’s musicals were selected in honour of our first intake of girls and the audience were treated to songs from ‘Mary Poppins’, ‘Annie’ and ‘Matilda’.

Particular mention must go to the soloists from Years 4 and 5 who sang and acted with enormous confidence, but the chorus numbers were also quite mesmerising with Year 3 flying kites, Year 4 dazzling in red curly wigs and top hats, and Year 5 bringing the house down with their on stage spelling in ‘Revolting Children’.

Huge thanks to the staff and parents who helped with props, costumes and choreography but the biggest well done to our superb young performers.

Information on more school performances can be found in our calendar.
